These plain-language terms describe use of EasyParkAndGo. They are an operational statement, not individualized legal advice, and do not create rights or obligations beyond what applicable law allows.
EasyParkAndGo provides general airport-parking and travel-planning information. Content is not a promise that a parking option is suitable for a particular traveler or trip. You are responsible for checking current details and making your own decisions.
Easy Park and Go, LLC is not a parking operator, booking engine, or part of Way. We do not take payments, create reservations, hold inventory, or access or change Way accounts or reservations. Transactions with Way or another external service occur on that service and are governed by its current terms, policies, and listing details.
We may earn a commission if you reserve through our links, at no additional cost to you. Compensation may influence which commercial service we link to but never permits false factual claims. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
We work to present useful information, but airports, authorities, parking facilities, and external services can change their rules, rates, schedules, maps, listings, prices, and availability. We do not guarantee that content, current prices, or availability will be complete, error-free, or current at every moment.
Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, scrape it in a way that unreasonably burdens the service, impersonate another person, or use the site to violate law or others’ rights.
EasyParkAndGo’s original text, design, and branding are owned by or licensed to Easy Park and Go, LLC and are protected to the extent provided by applicable law. Names, marks, and content belonging to airports, Way, and other third parties remain theirs. Ordinary personal use, linking, and legally permitted quotation are not prohibited by this section.
The site is provided on an “as available” basis for general information. To the extent allowed by law, Easy Park and Go, LLC disclaims warranties not expressly stated here and is not responsible for decisions, losses, delays, third-party acts, external content, or transactions arising from reliance on the site. Nothing here excludes a responsibility that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, without overstating how conflict-of-law rules or other applicable protections may affect a particular situation. No physical venue or address is designated by these terms.
We may revise these terms as the site or its operations change. The updated version and effective date will appear here. If one provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions should continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
